I have seen groups of my martins attacking one other usually a lone adult male
Any where from 5 to 15 other males chasing him where ever he goes.At times
pinning him to the ground and piling on top. This happens a few times everyday
but don't know why.I don't believe it's the same male each time.Anyone know what
this behavior is about? Thanks for any info or ideas provided.Nestling
martin behavior
What I see around here is a half dozen males gang rapping a female on the ground. The other day a female was being raped by 6-8 males and all of a sudden a cooper flew in . The males got away but the female did not. It happened really fast.
