Still bored. Made this week:
Has Inner and outer porch. All pieces are pvc put together with pvc cement and Dap, Big pipe is 8" sewer and drain pvc, 0.17" wall, 8-1/4" long, length is not real critical. Entrance tunnel is 3" sewer and drain pvc, 5 long, again, length is not real critical, Clean out port is 4" sewer and drain pvc, a little bit over an inch long. Cover plates are from 3 mm Sintra pvc. Doughnut on entrance is 3 mm Sintra, Doughnut for clean out port is 6 mm Sintra. One piece inner and outer porch made from pvc house siding. Crescent made with my crescent router jig. Can make Conley and batwing excluder entrance if I want. Porch is roughened inside and out and the top of the tunnel is roughened, all, with Dremel with cutting wheel. This will be as successful as any gourd you may want to compare it with.
I won't sell them, too old for that, but you can build them, I shore don't mind you copying it. Won't sell entrances either...sorry...

Martin landlord since 2003. Currently offering 162 plastic gourds with tunnels, all with Conley II entrances with the Lewis modification. I have 24 Supergourds and the rest are Troyer Horizontals.

That’s similar to the one’s I built out of 10” SDR. I glued an ultimate tunnel from S&K for the entrance and bought my clean out ports from U-Line Plastics. Should be a great gourd and last a long time .!

I think it a reasonable facsimile of a Troyer Horizontal.
The challenge to making it is making a square cut of the 8" diameter pipe. I finally figured out how. You buy a wide roll of gasket material and you tightly wrap the pipe with one layer of it, get your pencil out and scribe your saw cut line around it...if you do a good job with your jig saw, it comes off pretty darn square. Anything other than a square cut is ugly and drives your obsessive eyeballs nuts! Course that's the fault of the mind that is connected to the eyeballs!

Nah, saw one martin today, and it never visited. Still waiting not patiently though. Probably wouldn't be so bad if I could leave the farm, but I don't want to leave the because I might buy the farm. We don't have much Corona here; Five I guess it is, but no big towns in Howard County. Nearest town is Texarkana, and there are several in Bowie County on the Texas side, only one on Arkansas side.
