Sharon. You were right. He was back with a female. I thoroughly enjoyed watching them most of the day yesterday. They did not stay the night, but they were back again today with another. I sure hope things happen for me again this year. I am very hopeful, because they are ASY birds. I don’t know if they were the same ones that nested last year or possibly some that visited. Out of four racks, they chose the same one that was used last year. I hope they continue to stay. I will keep you all posted . Rob
Great job Sharon, you worked hard and deserve every bit of pleasure they are going to give you. Just thinking ,try to work on the supplemental feeding when you get a chance, keep fresh grit and egg shells in your bed and breakfast they will get used to going there just in case we get some bad weather when the nests are full of youngsters. Good luck. Ed & Mona.

Just my 2 cents. I think an open flyway is whats needed. Most Landlords on here would be surprised I think of how close my two houses are to trees. They do have an open flyway that goes from the two 1 acre fields, thru our yard, and down the driveway. My third year and up to 7 pair so far. Both houses are within 20 yds of tall trees.
