2017 - Full house for first time. 24 gourds all occupied. :-)

Have not seen any scout reports for Blanco yet. Just wondering if anyone reading the Forum is a landlord in Blanco. We are 15 minutes south of Blanco on the north side of Canyon Lake. Our martins arrived February 28 last year and the first week of March in 2015, but none yet this year. Just wondering if someone up the road from us has their martins back home yet :?: :?:

Hi Annie, I have gourds up at Lake Buchanan and we have not seen any birds yet. They seem to arrive later in the spring here every year, late April even when they're already around Austin area now. Go figure.

Cant be long. I had some more birds show up and they seem to be already fighting for females and rooms.

My Martins arrived yesterday here at Canyon Lake. Several spent the night and are active this morning around the racks. Hoping they are staying !
