The Martins Have Landed! 2 Males and 2 Females.
I couldn't log in and I have yet to receive a new password.

I never lost the 1st password, but still no joy. This year's statistics are already useless because of the inability to easily report the first arrivals. This is very frustrating.

Did you send a message to the "contact us" section? They are quick to respond. Keep in mind you have to sign in with your PMCA Shop id and password .. not your forum password.

Thanks, Dorn. I solved my problem by registering again with a new email address and a different user name.

My real name and address is still the same so it shows up correctly on the list. I used my real name as an alternate name to be used on the reporting list.

This is not the best solution, however it worked for me.

I did request a new password twice. I still have not received an answer, not in any folder including spam.

As stated above, I fixed my problem by registering using another email address. So all is good. For me.

I went to the Scout-Arrival Study, then selected the tab Submit Scout Reports then I followed these instructions below and it worked for me


PMCA has changed the reporting procedure, as I understand it you have to create a new account just for reporting. You can use the same user name and password as your existing account if you so desire. I've created the account, it wasn't difficult, but haven't had a martin to report yet.

Three gourd racks with total of 28 super gourds.
2021 - 28 nesting pairs

This did not work for me either. I followed the directions but still could not log in. This morning I have martins in Southeast Missouri!!!

Problem is not unique to you.

I tried the forgot password with my UID AllenH and both of my Email addresses that have been used at the PMCA store in the past. Also used my previous 2 Passwords, they didn't work. No email response. Even tried it with the 2 email addresses as UID. NO success until I used the CONTACT US link and gave them all of my info and in a couple of days got a response from MS. Dodge. I would guess she either found my account info or created a new one. Everything works now.

In my opinion the new format is not a user friendly site but managed to report first martin. I understand your frustration.
