8 have left the nest in eastwakefield NH
went out on the pond today and the two nest of babys met up today they were all on the top of a dead pine missing the branches as they tried to land lol parents trying to help them out it was fun watching them making a racket to let the parents know where they are i just hope the watch out for the hawks

A gourd rack was added to the Seabrook area of NH by the audubon Society They have 3 pairs with young. A pair was found in a wooden box there so they added gourds to help the species. Gourds are finally get popular in northern NE. And the Martins too. NH now has four colony's
I managed 100 pairs in RI and another 60 in MA. And help start two sites in CT.

Hi The rack is on cross beach road. Its a group of people that are working
to save the martin in NH Contact Christine Sheridan [email protected]
and Rich Lombardi [email protected] He emailed pictures of the young birds. This was a much better season then last year and we will see alot of growth in the northeast. And check NH rare bird alert people post pictures there of the birds. It was just a local birder that found the pair in 2013.
