2017 - Full house for first time. 24 gourds all occupied. :-)

I have an unhatched egg in one of our gourds. I left it there hoping it would hatch. But should I now remove it or leave it alone?

I removed 2 from one gourd and one from another yesterday. The young were atleast 4 days old and I was concerned that one would break the unhatched egg causing some bacterial problems in the nest. Noone seemed to mind at my colony and it gave the young a bit more room in the nest. I hope this helps!

Thanks, JR. If it ever stops raining today, I'll go out and do that. Hasn't rained for 5 years, and now won't stop! I'm not complaining, believe me :!:
