Question about Lonestar pole and gourd rack

We've just installed my new 16 gourd rack and lonestar pole. Boy, for the novice those instructions were not very good.

Is the winch cable suppose to be inside the gourd rack sleeve, or on the outside?

Pretty sure it goes inside, Tammy - I will run out and take a look..... Yes - it goes up from the winch, inside sleeve, over pulley, and back down other side of pole - I cannot see where wire attaches on that side, but if you have other questions, we can help you when my husband gets home. I am pretty sure he can assemble one while wearing a blindfold.

Thank you Louise. It's how we have it, but we just weren't positive.
