The first 70 degree day paid big dividends with a big push of ASY birds. Lots of noise and activity today all the way to dusk. I had at least 10 newbies today, this push should continue for the next 7-10 days. I have yet to see any barn swallows....I usually associate their movement with the peak of the purple martin migration.

Has anyone else seen similar results the last couple days?

Had 3 One ASY female and Two ASY males at noon on 4-11 at sundown had 3 more ASY males. Next day the 3 late comers were gone. Today on my way to work the count was at 10 at 7 am. Can't wait till tomorrow. All I know is it's just going to get better from here on out. COME ON PURPLE :P
