Yes I have 3 martin houses up but house sparrows keep building nest in them . I had a male and female visit my house in spring but have not ever returned . Was hoping to get them or new ones back this year but not sure if they will come back.

I was wondering if there still was a chance for martins to come to my houses this Summer . Thanks

If they are visiting my house will they make nest this year or wait till next year?

I got some pictures of martins on my house but house sparrows keep running them off and when I get a gun to shoot the house sparrows they take off as soon as they see gun.

I had a male and female martin pay my martin house a visit today for about 5 minutes. Will they use the nesting material that house sparrows had started a nest but I keep them away while martins are there.

I have been cleaning out martin houses on a weekly time frame and I found 2 broken bird eggs ( light blue with brown speckles ) hope it was not martin eggs.
