David Yes I have SREH on all my houses. Haven't had much problems with starlings entering my houses but they land on top my gourd racks and create havoc. I used the plans from Chuck Abare's web site. I have only had it up for a week and haven't caught a sparrow yet. But the false floor is made out of thin metal flashing. Very light

I had a ASY male spend the entire night on the porch of my T14 this year when early arrivals were showing up. I checked several times during the night. The next morning when I left for work he was still there.

Thanks for all the advice and info. I will definitely try your method to train them to platform feeding. Don't normally have issues with cold weather here but we do have consecutive days of rain and strong winds. would like to be prepared just in case.

Advise on Ventilating a T14

I have read an seen pictures of Landlords using pvc 90's to help ventilate there houses. Looking for any tips or advise(size,angle) before i get started. I noticed some are angled down.

Thanks everyone TonyG- There are homemade racks. I built them myself. I tried hanging the guards with electrical wire but with the tunnels on them they leaned foward to much.
