I'm glad you like the individual compartments. They make nest checks much better. The predator guard is attached to the house with screws so there is nothing at the base of the pole.

One of our OPMA members added a new T 14 to his colony complete with individual doors, a winch extension, and predator guard. The martins really enjoyed the new addition. The individual doors made for easy nest checks without spooking the rest of the colony inhabitants.

Great job on modifying and adding your own modification to the DT Martin house. The colours are beautiful and you managed to do the scroll work under the house very well. Wishing you much success in attracting the Texas martins to your location!
