Great news! My sparrow trap came in yesterday. My husband put it out today when it’s finally not raining and caught both the female and male already! We did lose one Martin egg to the sparrows but otherwise everything seems fine.

We haven’t shot at the house because of the martins and because he goes straight to the compartment he’s building a nest in. We will have to try a blind.
