I have three ASY males each has a female mate, and these extra two have been staying separated from one another. One of them could be a Male but I couldn't figure out why they are not paired up. I will take a closer look.

How common is it to have more females than males? I think I have two extra subadult females.

IDK, but I have been wondering the same thing. I think the males are likely to show up first and would not wait on the same female.

I have been trying to attract Martins for Five Years. This year I moved the Gourd Rack out more into the Open, So now I have a pair with 5 babies they are about 10 days old. My question is how long do they stay around after they Fledge?

They can ruin someone chance of getting Martin’s if they don’t have a established colony I keep them ran off best I can

That is tree swallow they are excellent flyers. They are tame acting very much like Martins. Very cool native birds.

I have one that's been coming looks almost like a hatching but goes in and out of the gourds like a subby looking to nest.

I've always found that once they start building nest's they will stay at hat location.
